Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team and drive store execution in Peoria, AZ. You’ll supervise staff, ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, and maintain excellent customer service to build loyalty.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, managing stock and displays, and coordinating with management. A high school diploma is preferred, with full-time hours and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite and ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Assist customers with questions and resolve issues to promote a positive experience.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays and inventory per plans.
