Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor in Peoria to support the store management team and ensure smooth operations. You will lead staff in the absence of a manager, assist customers, and help maintain presentation and stock levels during opening and closing procedures.

The role requires strong communication, supervision experience, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, overnights, and weekends. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Advanced communication and supervision abilities.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support CVS Store Management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead store staff when managers are not onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Assist customers and resolve issues to promote a positive CVS shopping experience.
• Maintain store presentation, price merchandise, stock shelves and manage inventory per weekly promotions.
