CVS Health in Oakwood, GA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support store management in driving execution and performance. You will lead the staff when a manager isn’t onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, while maintaining excellent customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store operations in absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor.
• Supervise store staff via directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate information effectively between management and crew.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS service culture.
• Maintain customer confidentiality; ensure positive shopping experience.
