Job summary

CVS Health in Key West, FL is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team by driving store execution and customer service excellence. This role leads the store staff in the absence of a manager and ensures smooth operations including opening and closing tasks.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early mornings, overnights and weekends, plus overtime as needed.
• Preferred experience as a retail supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately.
• Supervise the crew by directing activities and following up on tasks.
• Assist customers and resolve questions or complaints.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and stock shelves.
• Reset departments after planograms and promotions.
