Qualifications

• Lifting up to 40 lbs and moving stock; FIFO handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in running a shift.
• Execute Systems daily to insure a clean, organized restaurant, prepared to deliver Quality, Food, Fast and Friendly.
• Ensure Team Members receive the appropriate training.
• Provide service to our guests.
• Supervise and motivate Team Members to perform at their best.
• Maintain knowledge of equipment and supervise preventative maintenance.
• Lead by example to maintain high standards of service.
• Keep neat, accurate records and use management tools to plan for sales and profits.
• Communicate plans, progress and problems openly with staff and supervisors.
