Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage line staff to deliver guest service and teamwork.
• Monitor adherence to standards and procedures.
• Schedule staff and control labor costs while meeting guest needs.
• Participate in recruitment and training for new associates.
• Monitor guest satisfaction through face-to-face interactions.
• Resolve customer complaints per protocol.
• Resolve POS system issues.
• Maintain service standards per SOP.
• Direct sanitation of assigned areas.
