Hospitality Restaurant Group in Memphis, TN is seeking a Shift Leader to support the RGM by running great shifts with independence and ownership. You will solve problems and guide team members while ensuring smooth, efficient operations.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, basic computer skills, and the ability to stand and walk for most of the shift. Background checks are required for management roles.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic business math and accounting skills with strong analytical/decision-making
• Able to walk and lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 80% of shift
• Background checks are conducted for management roles
• Must have reliable transportation
