Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group is hiring a Shift Leader for a Taco Bell franchise unit. You will support the Restaurant General Manager by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner and take ownership of problems.

You will provide guidance to team members and help ensure smooth operations. We offer a shift differential for closers, benefits including health insurance, 401(k) with company matching, paid time off, and meal discounts.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and accounting skills with analytical/decision-making ability.
• Background checks are run on all management employees; reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Support the RGM by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner.
• Take ownership and solve problems; seek help when appropriate; guide others.
• Lead closers with a focus on performance and customer service.
