This hands-on leadership role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, with focus on food safety, service quality, and cost control; prior restaurant supervisory experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Ability to lead a team and maintain high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Supervision: supervise and lead team members during the shift.
• Customer Service: ensure an exceptional guest experience and resolve issues.
• Operational Efficiency: oversee daily operations, inventory, and cleanliness.
• Financial & Cash Handling: accurate cash handling and manage labor costs.
• Staffing & Scheduling: manage breaks, shifts, and coverage.
• Food Safety & Sanitation: ensure health and safety standards are met.
• Problem-Solving & Decision Making: quick resolution of operational challenges.
