Fazoli’s is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations during their shift, lead the front-line team, and maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and service.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities, with a focus on delivering an excellent guest experience and controlling labor and costs. Prior restaurant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Leadership and people management skills to lead a team.
• Excellent customer service and strong communication abilities.
• Ability to resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise team members during the shift, ensuring tasks are performed effectively and efficiently.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to improve performance and foster a positive team environment.
• Ensure team is trained on policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Delegate tasks to staff based on priorities and workflow to cover all restaurant areas.
• Maintain exceptional guest experience by upholding high service standards and resolving issues promptly.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns to leave customers with a positive impression.
• Oversee daily operations including food prep, inventory, and cleaning procedures.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and register operations; assist in managing labor costs.
• Manage staffing and scheduling; ensure breaks and shifts are properly allocated.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met across kitchen and dining areas.
• Make quick, effective decisions to address operational challenges and staff concerns.
• Communicate with management, staff, and guests to ensure smooth operations and report issues.
