Job summary

Kinney Drugs seeks a Shift Supervisor to provide leadership in the absence of store management and to oversee daily operations on the floor in Bomoseen, VT. You will supervise crew, handle opening/closing tasks, and resolve customer service issues while representing management when needed.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, with AS degree or higher preferred, and 2+ years in a related role. Training and other duties may be assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory leadership in the absence of store management.
• Carry out opening and closing procedures in the absence of store management.
• Supervise store crew by directing and following up on activities in the absence of store management.
• Represent management in resolving customer service issues.
• Complete all mandatory and regulatory training programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned
