• Maintain attendance and punctuality, with flexible hours including mornings/evenings/holidays.
• Ensure store policies, quality beverages/food, and cash handling are followed.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of drinks/food to standard recipes or customizations.
• Coordinate tasks across team to support smooth store operations.
• Support safety and security practices in the store.
