Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company in California seeks a Shift Supervisor to lead a busy Starbucks store with craft and heart. You will ensure quality beverages and food, coach teammates, and maintain store safety while delivering warm, welcoming service to the community.

You will direct daily tasks, delegate responsibilites, manage cash handling, and uphold store policies. The role requires flexible hours, punctuality, and strong communication to build relationships with customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two (2) or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly.
• Knowledge of the retail environment and strong interpersonal skills.
