Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position requiring constant interaction with customers and fulfilling their requests.
• Ability to delegate tasks to other employees or coordinate the tasks of two or more employees.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for a fast paced retail environment.
• Comfort with following store policies and safety standards while delivering quality beverages and food.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift with craft and heart to make Starbucks a welcoming space for the community.
• Ensure quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and store safety.
• Coach and prepare team members, and delegate tasks to achieve store goals.
• Maintain attendance, punctuality, and flexibility to cover early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
