Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company in Phoenix is seeking a shift supervisor to lead daily operations, coach a small team, and ensure every beverage and food item meets quality standards.

You will engage with customers, maintain store safety, handle cash, and adapt to a fast-paced environment while delivering warm hospitality. This role also includes opportunities for growth and participation in the company’s benefits programs.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position requiring constant interaction with customers.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating two or more people.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customized for customers.

• Provide quality beverages and food while upholding cash handling, safety and security policies.
