Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Provide quality beverages and food products and ensure store safety and security.
• Six months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Delegate tasks to other employees and coordinate two or more staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shift operations to ensure quality beverages and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate tasks and delegate to team members during the shift.
• Ensure cash handling procedures and store safety policies are followed.
• Provide friendly, welcoming service and mentor junior staff.
