Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a shift supervisor to lead a coffeehouse team and ensure every guest receives warm, friendly service. You will uphold quality standards for beverages and food while maintaining a welcoming environment for the community.

As a supervisor, you will coach partners, manage day-to-day operations, and respond quickly to guest needs. Flexibility with early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required to support store coverage.

Qualifications

• Regular attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodation.
• Availability for flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Six months’ experience in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees.
