Starbucks Corp. is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, creating a welcoming space for the community. You will guide the team to deliver quality beverages and food while adhering to store standards and safety policies.

The role requires regular attendance, flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and experience in customer-facing settings. You will coach staff, delegate tasks, and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Formación

• Must maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Prepare and coach food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• At least 6 months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
