Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Ability to direct the work of others and delegate tasks to team members.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift operations with craft and heart to create a welcoming space.
• Coach and supervise team to prepare beverages and food to standard recipes and customer specifications.
• Ensure cash handling, safety, and store policies are followed; support training of partners.
