Qualifications

• Regular attendance and punctuality with or without accommodations.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Adhere to store policies, cash handling, safety and security.
• 6+ months' experience in customer-facing role.
• 6+ months' experience delegating tasks to 2+ employees.
• Prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customer customizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift and ensure quality beverages and customer service.
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members during shifts.
• Enforce store policies, safety practices, and cash handling procedures.
