Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to delegate tasks to other employees and coordinate two or more teammates.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for a retail environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality, with flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights or holidays.
• Ability to learn quickly and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead store shifts with craft and heart to create a welcoming space for customers.
• Coach beverage and food preparation to standard recipes or customized requests.
• Direct and coordinate the tasks of two or more employees during shifts.
• Ensure store policies, cash handling, safety and security are followed.
