Qualifications

• Attend to store policies and standards, including quality beverages/food, cash handling, and safety.
• Able to direct work of others and coach staff.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Six months of experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse welcoming for the community.
• Direct and delegate tasks to team members to meet store goals.
