Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with customers
• Ability to coach beverage preparation to standard recipes or customized for customers
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees
• Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
• Knowledge of store policies, safety, and security procedures

Responsibilities

• Lead shift with craft and heart to create a welcoming space
• Ensure quality beverages and food products and accurate cash handling
• Coach and train team members to maintain standards
• Support store operations and safety, including opening/closing procedures
• Foster a positive customer experience and community connections
