Qualifications

• Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Maintain store policies and standards: beverages, food, cash handling, safety.
• Prepare and coach beverage/food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks to others.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of team members and ensure smooth operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Uphold Starbucks standards for beverage quality and food safety.
• Assist with training and mentoring newer partners.
