Qualifications

• Regular attendance and punctuality with or without accommodation.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Meet store policies including quality beverages/food, cash handling, and safety with/without accommodations.
• Six months of experience in customer-facing roles.
• At least six months experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating multiple staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to ensure a welcoming Starbucks experience for customers.
• Direct and supervise shift operations and staff to maintain quality beverages and service.
• Delegate tasks and coordinate team activities to meet store goals.
• Prepare and coach beverage/food preparation per standard recipes and customer requests.
• Ensure store policies, safety, and cash handling procedures are followed.
