• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coach food/beverage preparation to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Lead shift with craft and heart to create a welcoming space for the community.
• Ensure quality beverages and food products and maintain store safety and security.
• Support and supervise team members to meet store policies and standards.
