Qualifications

• Regular attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Adhere to store policies and standards, ensure quality beverages/food, cash handling and safety.
• Six months of experience interacting with customers to fulfill requests.
• Prepare and coach preparation of beverages/food per standard recipes or customized orders.
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks to others or coordinating two+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of team members and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Coach and develop partners to maintain product quality and service standards.
