Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company in Saint Augustine, FL is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a high‑energy team, ensure quality beverages and food, and create a welcoming space for every customer who walks in.

You will train and coach partners, delegate tasks across the shift, uphold store policies and safety, and support day‑to‑day operations with reliable attendance and flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends or holidays.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees.
• Preparation of beverages/food to standard or customized recipes.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations and maintain a welcoming space for customers.
