Qualifications

• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Available for flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Adhere to store policies for quality beverages/food, cash handling and safety.
• At least 6 months in a role with customer interaction and satisfying requests.
• At least 6 months delegating tasks to two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily shift operations with craft and heart to welcome guests.
• Coach and supervise team to meet standard recipes and customer needs.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and consistency across beverages and food.
