Qualifications

• Regular attendance and punctuality.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Meet store policies, quality beverages/food, cash handling and safety standards.
• Six (6) months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming space for customers.
• Ensure beverages and food meet standard recipes or customer requests.
• Coach beverage/food preparation to standard and adapt as needed.
• Delegate tasks and coordinate work for two or more teammates.
• Maintain store safety, policies, and security practices.
