Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position requiring customer interaction and fulfilling requests
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees
• Ability to prepare and coach food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations with craft and heart to ensure a welcoming space
• Direct daily tasks and delegate to team members to meet store standards
• Maintain quality beverages and food, cash handling, and store safety and security
