Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a role requiring customer interaction and order fulfillment.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Effective oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of the retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Ability to build relationships.
• Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Lead shift operations and ensure store safety and security.
• Provide quality beverages and food products and handle cash per policy.
• Mentor and coach team members to maintain service standards.
• Uphold Starbucks policies and ensure a welcoming space for customers.
