Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations and deliver the warm, welcoming experience that defines our brand. You will supervise team members, ensure quality beverages and food, and maintain store standards while supporting busy customer flow.

You will coach colleagues, delegate tasks, and adapt to flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. This role is on site at our Queen Creek location in Arizona.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly.
• Effective oral communication and knowledge of the retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift with craft and heart to create a welcoming Starbucks experience.
• Direct the work of team members during shifts.
• Ensure quality beverages and food products are prepared to standard recipes and customer customization.
• Maintain store policies, cash handling, and safety.
• Coach and delegate tasks to teammates to meet store goals.
