Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating the tasks of two or more employees
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• Meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling and store safety and security

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customer customizations
• Provide quality beverages and food, ensure cash handling accuracy and store safety
• Delegate tasks and coordinate the work of two or more employees during shifts
• Create a welcoming, service‑oriented environment for customers and the community
