Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift with craft and heart to ensure a welcoming space
• Oversee beverage/food preparation to standard recipes
• Manage cash handling, safety and store operations
