Qualifications

• Six months of customer-facing experience.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations as shift supervisor to uphold quality beverages and food.
• Maintain store policies for safety, cash handling, and security.
• Coach and coordinate tasks of team members.
