Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodation.
• Prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customized for customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store shift, ensuring quality beverages and food to standard recipes.
• Direct and coordinate tasks of team members to fulfill customer requests and maintain safety.
