Qualifications

• Attend and be punctual, including accommodating schedule needs.
• Available for flexible hours: mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Follow store policies for quality beverages, food, cash handling, safety.
• Six months' customer-facing experience supporting requests.
• Six months' experience delegating tasks to teammates.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift, supervise and motivate team members.
• Ensure beverages and foods meet standard recipes and quality.
