You will oversee staff, coach teammates, and ensure quality beverages and food products are prepared to standard recipes while upholding cash handling and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Maintaining store policies and standards and cash handling and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse welcoming for the community.
• Direct the work of others and coach staff.
• Ensure quality beverages and food products are prepared to standard recipes.
• Provide exceptional service and manage customer requests and safety.
