Qualifications

• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodation.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Meet store policies: quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety and security.
• Six months of customer-facing experience.
• Prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customer customizations.
• Six months of delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team to prepare beverages/food to standard recipes.
• Ensure quality control of beverages and food for customers.
• Maintain store safety, cash handling and security protocols.
• Direct and delegate tasks to team members and coordinate workflows.
• Deliver friendly, efficient customer service and resolve issues.
