Qualifications

• Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests.
• Six months delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Available for flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the cafe welcoming for the community.
• Direct the work of team members and ensure quality beverages/food.
• Ensure cash handling, store safety, and policy compliance.
