Qualifications

• Meet store operating policies and standards
• Provide quality beverages and food
• Cash handling and store safety
• 6 months customer interaction experience
• 6 months experience delegating tasks to 2+ employees
• Prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customized for customers

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality with/without accommodation
• Available for flexible hours (early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, holidays)
• Follow store policies and standards
• Prepare and coach food/beverage preparation per recipes or customizations
• Delegate tasks to 2+ employees and coordinate workload
