Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a position requiring constant customer interaction and fulfilling requests.
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating the work of two or more employees.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse a welcoming space for the community.
• Provide quality beverages and food per standard recipes and customer requests.
• Delegate tasks and supervise two or more employees during shifts.
