Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming Starbucks space for the community
• Ensure quality beverages and foods are prepared to standard recipes or customer specifications
• Maintain attendance, punctuality, and compliance with store policies
• Coach and delegate tasks to two or more employees and coordinate shifts
• Maintain cash handling, safety, and security in the store
