Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a role requiring constant interaction with customers.
• Experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more coworkers.
• Ability to direct the work of others and to coach food and beverage preparation to standard recipes.

• Lead team to deliver quality beverages and food in a welcoming Starbucks environment.
• Ensure store policies, safety, and cash handling standards are followed.
