Qualifications

• Attend to store policies and standards including quality beverages/food and cash handling.
• Six months of experience interacting with customers.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to coworkers and coordinating two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and ensure timely service.
• Coach staff to prepare beverages/food to recipe standards.
• Delegate tasks and supervise two or more teammates to maintain efficient shifts.
• Maintain a welcoming, customer-focused environment.
• Uphold safety, security, and policy compliance.
