Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality with or without accommodation.
• Experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Prepare beverages and foods to standard recipes or customer specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift with craft and heart to create a welcoming space.
• Direct and coach team members to meet quality beverage/food standards.
• Ensure store safety, cash handling, and policy compliance.
