Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in a role requiring constant interaction with customers.
• At least 6 months experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees.
• Ability to prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customized for customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations with craft and heart to create a welcoming space.
• Provide quality beverages and food while adhering to policies and safety standards.
• Cash handling and store safety responsibilities with or without accommodations.
• Coach and supervise team members to ensure smooth shift execution.
