Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead with craft and heart, creating a welcoming space for the community. You’ll oversee shift operations, coach partners, and ensure quality beverages and food to meet recipes and customer requests.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to delegate tasks to a small team, and a commitment to store safety and standards. Flexible hours include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

Six months of experience in a customer-facing role or similar,
Experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees,
Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly,
Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
Able to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

Lead shift operations and ensure quality beverages and food items are prepared to standard recipes, or customized per customer requests.
Coach and delegate tasks to team members to maintain efficient service and team performance.
Maintain store safety, cash handling, and adherence to operating policies and standards.
Foster a welcoming environment and build relationships with customers and the community.
Collaborate with the team to meet store goals and maintain high standards of cleanliness and service.
