As a partner you will mentor teammates, delegate tasks, coach recipe preparation, maintain store safety and cash handling, and adapt to flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer-facing experience.
• Prepare and coach beverage/food to standard recipes.
• Delegate tasks to two or more employees.
• Ability to adapt and learn quickly.
• Strong oral communication skills.
• Attend to flexible hours (early mornings/evenings/weekends/holidays).

Responsibilities
